PTA Fall Fundraiser
Sell tickets to your school's annual fundraiser dinner: separate adult and kids' plates, capacity caps so you don't overbook the cafeteria, and family pricing so a parent with three kids isn't penalized.
Designed around how the event actually runs.
PTA fundraisers should not require an Eventbrite contract. This template lets your treasurer collect ticket purchases, capture dietary restrictions, and cap the headcount — without losing 6% of the night's proceeds to a platform.
- 2 registration tiers, each with its own capacity cap
- Per-participant info — names, contact, and event-specific fields
- Family pricing cap so households aren't double-charged for siblings
- Mobile-first form rendering — works on every phone your families have
- Auto-confirmation email to registrants on submit
- CSV export for the morning of the event
What your registrants will see.
This is the actual form, embedded — the same one your families will fill out on their phones.
Questions, answered.
Can I cap the headcount so we don't overbook the venue?
Yes. Adult plates and kids' plates each have their own capacity. Once the cap is reached, the option closes — no overselling.
What does the family cap do?
The family cap charges only the first 4 plates per submission. A family of six pays for four. Set the cap to whatever fits your fundraiser's pricing model.
How are dietary restrictions captured?
Each registrant has a free-text dietary restrictions field. Your event planner gets a clean list at export time — no chasing down phone numbers.
Can I export a guest list for the night of the event?
Yes. The dashboard exports a CSV with names, ticket types, and any custom fields you add. Bring it to the door, sort by last name, check people in.
Does Attending charge per ticket?
No. Attending uses flat pricing — never a percentage. Your fundraiser keeps every dollar your families pay.
Can I add sponsorship or donation tiers?
Not in v1. For now, add a sponsorship registration option with the right price; full sponsor management is on the roadmap.
