League registration with waivers, divisions, and family pricing built in.
Spring league sign-ups happen in a one-week window and you're the only person handling them. Attending is built for that — divisions with caps, a waiver per kid, sibling discounts, all on one form.
What rec-league registration actually requires
TeamSnap and SportsEngine are built for leagues with paid administrators. Rec-league sign-ups are usually run by a single volunteer, in a one- or two-week window, with hundreds of families trying to register their kids before divisions fill up.
The work itself is straightforward: a waiver per child, a placement in the right age division, a family discount when there are multiple kids. But getting that on a form that doesn't break under load — and doesn't take a percentage of registration fees — has been the gap.
What a youth sports form actually needs
Divisions with caps
U8 holds 60 kids. U10 holds 80. U12 holds 80. Each division closes when it's full — no surprise 95th registrations.
Waiver per child, signed by a parent
Every kid signed up gets a release-of-liability waiver. Parents sign for minors. Stored next to the registration, exportable to PDF.
Family pricing for multiple kids
First child $120, second $90, third $60. Charged once at checkout. No discount codes, no math the parent has to do.
Roster ready to hand to coaches
Sort by division, get the kids, parent contact, jersey size, and emergency info on one screen. Print or share with the head coach in two clicks.
No platform fees
Registration fees are how leagues pay for fields, refs, and equipment. We don't take a cut of any of it.
What a spring league signup looks like
A rec soccer league has four age divisions, capped at 60–80 each. Registration is $120 first child, $90 second, $60 third. Each child signs a standard youth-sports liability waiver. The window opens Thursday at 6pm and closes when divisions fill.
On Attending, every parent fills out one form: which kids are signing up, which divisions, jersey sizes. Each waiver is generated and signed in flow. When U10 fills up at 80, that division disappears from the form. The league director watches a live count instead of refreshing a spreadsheet.
Take registration off your one-volunteer-with-a-spreadsheet system.
Run an entire spring league registration on Attending. Free under 30 registrations, $49 flat above that — never a percentage of league fees.
