Camp registration that doesn't lose half your morning to paperwork.
Per-week capacity, parent-signed medical and liability waivers, sibling pricing, scholarship codes. Attending is built for the way church camps and summer programs actually run.
Why camp registration is its own kind of hard
Camps have multi-week sessions with their own capacity. Each child needs medical and liability waivers signed by a parent. Families register multiple kids at once, often across different weeks. And the church or nonprofit running it can't lose 6% of registration fees to a platform that gets a logo on the page anyway.
Generic form builders don't do per-session capacity or per-participant waivers. Camp-specific software is enterprise-priced and configured for full-time camp administrators. The middle is empty.
What a camp registration form actually needs
Per-week capacity
Week 1 holds 60. Week 2 holds 80. Week 3 is the youth retreat at a different cap. Each session closes when it's full.
Parent-signed waivers per child
Medical release, liability waiver, photo permission. Each child gets the right set, signed by a parent or guardian, archived as PDF.
Family pricing across weeks
Sign up two kids for two different weeks at the family rate. One checkout, one confirmation email, both kids in the right session.
Scholarship & promo codes
Apply a discount or scholarship without the parent having to email the camp director.
Looks like your camp, not Eventbrite
Your church or organization's branding on the registration page. No giant Eventbrite header pulling families away from the rest of your site.
What a summer camp form looks like
A church camp has three weeks: kids week (ages 7–11, 60 spots), youth week (ages 12–17, 50 spots), and a family weekend (cap of 25 families). Pricing is $275 per child for kids/youth weeks with a $50 sibling discount. Each child needs a medical release and liability waiver signed by a parent.
On Attending, a family registers all their kids in one flow — picks weeks, signs waivers, applies a promo code if they have one, pays once. The camp director sees a live capacity dashboard, can pull a roster sorted by week, and emails confirmations are sent automatically.
