Can each age division have its own roster cap?
Yes. U6, U10, and U14 each have their own registration option with its own capacity. When a division fills, it closes — your other divisions stay open.
Who signs the waiver for minors?
A parent or guardian signs on the child's behalf. The signature stores the parent's name, the child's name, the date, the IP address, and the user agent — a complete audit trail you can export.
Can a parent register multiple kids in one go?
Yes. One submission, multiple kids — each in their own division, each with their own waiver. The parent signs all of them at once.
How do you collect jersey size?
The template includes a jersey size selector with both youth and adult sizes. After cloning, you can change the options or add per-size capacity if you order in fixed quantities.
Can I customize the season dates and pricing?
Yes. Cloning the template gives you a draft form in your dashboard. Update the title, season info, prices, and capacities — then publish.
Does this work for baseball, basketball, or other sports?
Yes. The age divisions, capacities, and waiver are sport-agnostic. Rename the divisions to match your sport and you're set.
